200+ keynotes and 4,500+ attendees. I don't just talk about AI: I build it and ship it to production every day. I bring to the stage what actually works.

An AI keynote speaker translates artificial intelligence (agents, generative AI, automation) into concrete business decisions for an audience, in plain language and with real cases. Carlos Betancur Gálvez doesn't just talk about AI: he builds it and ships it to production every day at btodigital (WhatsApp agents, chatbots powered by Claude, automations and an AI-powered doctor finder with more than 400 professionals). That lets him bring to the stage what actually works (and what doesn't) in companies across Latin America. He is an electronic engineer with two master's degrees from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (industrial economics and pharmacoeconomics) and an Executive MBA from EAE Business School: the technical and the economic side of AI, not just the pitch.
What a keynote with Carlos includes:
"From chatbots to digital employees" and "I built a team of AI agents that works 24/7: here's what I learned". The leap from AI that answers to AI that executes, told by someone who has already done it.
"Why most AI projects never reach production (and how to be among the ones that do)" and "Businesses already making money with AI". Real cases of AI that goes from pilot to results.
"AI won't take your job… someone who knows how to use it will". The most human and crowd-pleasing topic: reskilling, human-AI collaboration and which skills truly matter.
"Marketing with AI: more customers spending less" and "The end of the funnel: how AI is rewriting marketing and sales". From 20 years of marketing, not theory.
"AI for leaders: what to decide this week so you don't fall behind in 2026" and "Automate or disappear: how an SMB competes with AI without a technical team". Decisions, not jargon.
"The uncomfortable truth about AI in Latin America: opportunity or mirage?" and "How ChatGPT and Gemini find you: marketing in the era of AI answers (GEO)".

Tell me about the event, the audience and the goal. I'll design a custom AI keynote, with real cases you can apply starting Monday.
Carlos covers AI agents (from chatbots to "digital employees"), generative AI applied to business, why most AI projects fail and how to get them into production, AI and the future of work, marketing and sales with AI, AI for leaders and SMBs, and the state of AI in Latin America. Every keynote is tailored to the audience and the event.
The process starts with a WhatsApp conversation to understand the event, the audience and the goals. Carlos prepares a custom keynote. Events can be in person in Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean, or virtual for any country in Latin America and beyond.
Formats range from 45-minute keynotes to half-day or full-day hands-on workshops, plus panels and roundtables. Duration and depth are defined by the event and the level of the audience (executive, managerial or technical).
Carlos has delivered keynotes in 9 countries: Honduras, Colombia, Spain, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Chile, with a strong presence in Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean. He also delivers virtual keynotes for events in Mexico, Argentina, Peru and across Latin America.
Carlos does not just talk about AI: he builds it and ships it to production every day as founder of btodigital (WhatsApp agents, chatbots powered by Claude, automations, an AI-powered doctor finder with more than 400 professionals). He adds 12 years of university teaching at UPB and EIA. He brings to the stage what actually works (and what does not) with real cases, not slideware theory.
Yes. He has given talks in 9 countries: Honduras, Colombia, Spain, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Chile, and gives virtual keynotes for events in any Spanish-speaking country. In-person talks outside Colombia are coordinated around the event schedule and travel.
Yes, and that is what sets it apart. For example, the case of Quirurgil, a Colombian medical equipment company, where we built an internal platform with Claude Code including CRM, field service and an AI quoting tool: 73% of the billable base missing from the CRM came back into the system. Cases are adapted to the audience industry.
